Probate / Estate Planning
Ms. Biro's primary areas of practice are probate and estate planning, which includes but is not limited to the creation of Wills, Trusts, Codicils, amendments and restatements, Financial Powers of Attorney, and Health Care Powers of Attorney. In addition, Ms. Biro practices all aspects of trust funding, including but not limited to detailed real estate tracing and transfers, and the retitling of personal property assets.
Guardianships / Conservatorships
Ms. Biro also creates Guardianships and Conservatorships for both minors and adults, in addition to the preparation of annual reports and annual accountings.
Business Law
Ms. Biro handles certain areas of business law, including the creation of profit and non-profit corporations and limited liability companies, and all aspects involved in the completion and upkeep of these entities.
Labor and Employment Law
Ms. Biro handles certain areas within labor and employment law, including the preparation of responses to claims of discrimination filed with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and the research, investigation and memorandum preparation in all areas of the Fair Labor Standards Act.
Tribal Law Litigation
Ms. Biro is involved in collection and repossession litigation through various tribal courts in Arizona. |
