Education Law
Ms. Peterson's practice focuses on state and tribal education law. Ms. Peterson conducts policy review and revision, and also participates in arbitrating and litigating matters which arise within the scope of her practice with the school districts. Ms. Peterson routinely advises the school districts of their rights and responsibilities.
Employment and Labor Law
Ms. Peterson has experience with both public and private sector employment law relating to employment disputes, discrimination investigations, wrongful discharge claims and civil rights proceedings. Ms. Peterson has represented clients in both state and tribal courts on employment matters.
